Start your day with a 3-hour Vortex Tour to explore the magic of this land. We will visit two to three vortex sites. You will be introduced to the geological history which helps to understand why the magic is here, Native American folklore, and metaphysical explanations of vortex energy. Spending time at these sacred sites will help to ground you and begin to bring you more into balance.

End your day with a 1-1/2 hour Healing Session that combines emotional healing at a core level with energy work. Many of us have issues we feel trapped or limited by - anxiety, depression, fear, grief, anger, hurt, guilt... Current pain is often the result of old wounds and continues to show up in our lives until we clear the pattern. No matter how much you have struggled with your issue, the possibility exists for you to get to the root cause, resolve it, and let it go completely. Our Soul Recharge Retreats are designed for those who are looking for a long weekend getaway or for those who want to spend a few days on a guided retreat before exploring Sedona or other parts of the Southwest on their own.

With mindful attention we will connect with the Earth and her power points through spectacular hiking in the red rock formations and canyons, explore caves and other natural wonders, frolic creek side and explore the vortexes. Hikes are gentle to moderate lasting 20-30 minutes to reach a vortex area or mesa point.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

To Register: Email Susan below or call 1-928-282-4023 with your name and retreat date to make sure space still exists. Then send a deposit ($300 for Soul Recharge Retreat; $600 for Transformational Journey Retreat) to Susan Lambert, P.O. Box 2713, Sedona, AZ 86339. Full payment for retreats is due 2 weeks in advance of retreat date. Feel free to call or email with any questions.

Confirmation Email: Upon receipt of your registration payment you will be sent an email with travel and retreat details as well as a list of items to bring to the retreat.

Getting to Sedona: Flights are into Phoenix, Arizona (transportation not included). Sedona is located 2 hours north. A ground shuttle is available between Phoenix and Sedona ($89 round trip-Ace Xpress Van Shuttle, 1-800-336-2239). However, it is best to rent a car for an easy drive from the airport and use during free time on retreat. We will help participants get together to share rental car expenses to make it more affordable.
